Using random splatters of paint, no two pixies are the same, and I can never predict the faces that will appear once the paint has dried. Other than choosing the colours, I have very little control over how the pixies will look, and sometimes they take a long time to reveal themselves and their stories to me.

The pixies are painted on 100% recycled cotton paper, which adds a wonderful texture and shows off the granulation and separation of the paints I use.
